My passion for beauty began long before That’s Muriel.

Working as a Flight Attendant, I was immersed in a world where grooming, presentation and attention to detail were part of everyday life. Looking polished wasn’t simply about makeup — it was about confidence, professionalism and the way you carried yourself. It was during my years in aviation that my love for makeup, beauty and personal grooming truly grew.

I later became a Grooming Instructor, sharing my knowledge of professional presentation and helping others understand how the right grooming and beauty techniques can enhance their natural features and confidence.

My career also took me into real estate and client relations, further developing the high standard of personal service, professionalism and attention to detail that I now bring to every client experience.

Today, as the artist behind That’s Muriel, I bring all of those worlds together. My approach to makeup is refined, skin-focused and personal — creating beautiful, polished looks that still allow you to feel like yourself.

Based in Manly Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, I offer professional mobile makeup and hair services across the Northern Beaches and Sydney, specialising in bridal makeup, event makeup, mature skin and personalised makeup experiences.

For me, beauty has never been about becoming someone else. It’s about feeling polished, confident and completely yourself.
